SummaCare Secure Silver Maximum Out of Pocket (MOOP) Benefit
The new ObamaCare (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) law placed a mandatory maximum limit of $6,700 on all out of pocket medical costs for Medicare Advantage plans, which is referred to as the Maximum Out of Pocket or MOOP.
