Issue-Age Rated Medigap Plans: With an Issue Age rated plan your monthly premium is based on your age you're first issued coverage. For instance, if your get your policy at age 65 and your premium is $125, it may remain the same rate until age 72. However, you're age 72 when you enroll, your premium might start at $170, but would not increase based on by your age. Premiums will increase with inflation.

Eligibility

Reserve National Medicare Supplements are available to all Missouri beneficiaries, ages 65 and older, who have enrolled in both Medicare Part A and Part B.

If you are just turning age 65, you have guaranteed issue rights and cannot be turned down by Reserve National. Plus, your policy cannot be canceled and it will continue to be renewed as long as you pay the premiums on time and make no material misrepresentations.
