Eligibility

Loyal American Medigap plans are available to all Vermont Medicare beneficiaries, ages 65 and older, who have enrolled in Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

If you are within your first six months of Medicare enrollment, you have guaranteed issue rights and cannot be turned down. Loyal American is required to issue the Medicare Supplement policy of your choice. So long as you make no material misrepresentations and pay your premiums, your policy cannot be canceled.
