Eligibility

Everest supplemental Medicare insurance policies are available to all Medicare beneficiaries in Texas at age 65. You must be enrolled in both Medicare Parts A and B.

If you are within your first six months of Medicare enrollment, you have guaranteed issue rights and cannot be turned down. Everest is required to issue the Medicare Supplement policy of your choice. So long as you make no material misrepresentations and pay your premiums, your policy cannot be canceled.
