IHC Ridge Dental Plan is a Dental Indemnity plan available to Hawaii seniors with Medicare. This type of plan is also known as a fee-for-service or traditional plan. In almost all cases this type of plan allows you the freedom to visit any dentist you wish, without a referrals.

Be aware that some indemnity plans require you to obtain pre-authorization for certain procedures. After you have paid your annual deductible, you will typically pay a percentage of usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) or usual and customary (U&C) rates. This applies to all covered services.

The monthly premium with the IHC Ridge Dental Plan plan starts at about $30.93. This is an estimated rate for a 65 year old woman living in Hawaii that does not use tobacco. This is an insurance product, so you'll need to get a quote to get the exact cost for your situation.
